Key Responsibilities



Talent Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead workforce planning and forecasting efforts in collaboration with department heads.

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators. Set clear KPIs, ensure team performance, and support professional growth.

Recruitment Execution

Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for key roles, from sourcing to offer. Design innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

Stakeholder Management

Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance. Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, compensation, and best practices.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Strengthen our employer brand through campaigns, partnerships, and social media. Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Data & Reporting

Leverage data and analytics to drive hiring decisions and continuously improve recruitment processes. Present recruitment dashboards, insights, and hiring metrics to leadership.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diversity is embedded in all recruiting efforts.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
