Co-coordinating and gathering requirements from the HR director & internal senior person for sourcing resumes.
Analyzing requirement according to the specification mentioned by the team.
Identifying and approaching potential candidates, using web portals/headhunting/old database/referencing as per employer's vacancies.
Evaluating the candidate's through various modes like telephonic screening, checking their job stability, competencies including communication skills, inter-personal skills, confidence level and presentation through initial telephonic screening.
Checking the interest level of the candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
Scheduling the shortlisted candidates with the technical panel for the telephonic.
Following up with the internal team to know the interview feedbacks.
Getting approval from the management for the proposed CTC.
Taking care of the reference check for the candidates & follow-up with selected candidates to confirm their DOJ and keep the respective departments informed of the same.
Working on efficiently and effectively closing open positions.
Maintaining daily/weekly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
70% recruitment and 30% Operations
