Hiring for Sr. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) || Mumbai || On-site

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Sales department - Non-I.T., focusing on Lateral hiring, Leadership & CXO level hiring.

?Working Days - Mon to Sat (Alternate Saturdays off)

Office Timing - 10am to 7pm

Work Location - Mumbai (Chembur/Goregaon)

Experience: Mini 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience with a strong focus on lateral profiles.

Expertise in using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.

Salary: Upto 90k in hand
