Role Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role is critical for driving our aggressive growth plans by ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality talent, particularly in Inside Sales and Sales functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has proven success in managing high-volume, bulk hiring cycles.

Location: MG Road, Bengaluru



Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM



Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)



Fixed Offs: Saturday and Sunday



Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiner



Key Responsibilities:



End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding staffing needs to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.

Bulk Hiring Management:

Plan and execute high-volume/bulk hiring drives, specifically for Inside Sales, Business Development, and other sales-related roles.

Sourcing Strategy:

Develop and implement innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Candidate Screening & Assessment:

Conduct thorough screening calls and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit against job requirements.

Interview Scheduling & Coordination:

Efficiently coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.

Follow-up & Communication:

Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers to provide timely updates and feedback throughout the process.

Database Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, with a strong focus on bulk hiring, especially for inside sales or direct sales positions.



Language Proficiency: Mandatory proficiency in both English and Hindi

(written and verbal) is required to effectively screen and communicate with a diverse candidate pool.

Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner (preferably within 15 days or less).



Core Skills: Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.

Attributes: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high energy level, a proactive approach, and a strong sense of urgency.
