Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end IT recruitment
for large-scale hiring needs (developers, testers, analysts, support engineers, cloud specialists, etc.).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand bulk manpower requirements, workforce planning, and technical skill demands.
Drive sourcing strategies via
job portals, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.), employee referrals, and vendor networks
.
Organize and lead
walk-in drives, campus hiring, and virtual recruitment events
to meet bulk IT hiring targets.
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit, coordinating with technical interviewers and panels.
Build and maintain an active pipeline of IT professionals for immediate and future requirements.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, quality-of-hire, etc.) to measure success.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, company standards, and data privacy norms.
