1. Minimum of 3+ years recruiting experience with full-cycle recruitment - identifying opportunities, creating job postings, sourcing, & collection of resumes through various means, pre-screening/qualifying candidates, pre-employment testing, interviewing, reference/background checks and onboarding of new hires.
2. Ability to develop a pool of candidates, using proactive recruiting methods, in anticipation of near-term and future needs.
3. Sourcing knowledge and experience must have extensive experience with traditional and social media methods of sourcing candidates.
4. Ability to organize, plan and prioritize a variety of tasks and projects.
EXPECTED WORK EXPERIENCE, KEY SKILLS, AND PERSONALITY TRAITS:
1. Should have relevant experience of at least 3+ years with credible expertise & familiarity in handling recruitment in a professional services organisation

2. Should be passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition, interacting with people from diverse background and industries.
3. Must be good in communication with external & internal stakeholders, must have good interpersonal skills and must be good with convincing & negotiation skills.
4. Should be able to give attention to details and must be organised, disciplined and professional in attitude and approach.
5. Excellent computer skills and demonstrable working knowledge of MS-excel, word, power-point and must have extensively worked on job portals like Naukri, Monster, shine etc, must have good presence on social media platforms like linked in, Instagram etc.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, dependable work ethic, strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task, ability to prioritize amongst various tasks in a deadline driven environment, dependable, self-motivated, willing to proactively take ownership and initiative, and must be collaborative.
7. Pleasing personality with good personal attributes.
8. Ability to organize, plan & prioritise a variety of tasks and projects.

10. Self-starter who displays a positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
