Let\xe2\x80\x99s talk! We are currently looking to hire a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist - Inhouse (all genders):
Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal counterparts to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Develop and advertise job postings on our career portal and other job posting & social media platforms.
• Active candidate-sourcing by utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and innovative recruiting strategies.
• Screen resumes and applications and conduct interviews to gain further insight to applicant\xe2\x80\x99s qualifications.
• Manage and evaluate candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain a reliable and qualitative database in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Applicant relationship management, status update and feedback applicants for their application process.

Your qualifications:

• 5+ years of work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role with a strong emphasis on IT & SAP recruitment.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting in the Technology, IT or Consulting industry is a plus.
• Skilled at candidate screening and interviewing.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, HR softwares and data management systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Business fluent in English, any additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• High level of organizational & time management skill.
• Ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision.
• Strong capabilities in MS Office (especially in Excel but also PowerPoint & Word)
• Able to work with absolute confidentiality about personnel, financial and company information with internal employees or external agencies
