Primary Responsibilities: -

  • Identifying potential candidates who meet hiring managers' requirements
  • Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies
  • Manage the entire recruiting cycle from end to end, spanning all areas and disciplines
  • Gauge the candidate interests and motivations and whether they would be a good fit for the company culture
  • Communicating regularly with hiring managers to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the recruiting process
  • Build an influential candidate relationship during the selection process.
  • Be the primary negotiator and closer with selected candidates.
  • Promote company's reputation as "best place to work"
  • Ethical Data Scraping and X ray Search
Requirements

Desired Candidate will have: -
  • 4-6 years of industry experience in the end-to-end technical recruitment life cycle (Start-up hiring experience preferred)
  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates from a variety of sources, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing decision-making.
  • Target driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
  • Somebody who wants to overachieve and minimum set monthly targets
  • Adaptable, flexible and ability to perform under pressure
  • ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
  • Experience with any ATS is an added advantage.
