who will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle for our schools and higher education institutions across Assam. The role requires strong coordination with different campuses, understanding manpower requirements, and ensuring timely closure of positions with the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Principals, Heads of Departments, and functional leaders to understand manpower requirements.
Plan and execute recruitment activities to close open positions within defined timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus hiring, employee referrals, and local networks.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational culture fit.
Ensure high-quality candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS for management review.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the organization at job fairs/campus drives.
Coordinate with HR team for offer release, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong English communication (spoken and written).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms.
Strong judgment and decision-making ability.
Qualifications:
MBA in HR preferred, OR any graduate with strong recruitment and people management skills.
2-5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (education sector experience will be an added advantage).
