Core responsibilities



Team leadership:

Manage, coach, and evaluate a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Strategy development:

Create and implement an overall talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances the employer brand.

Recruitment process management:

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to the final stages of hiring for various roles across the organization.

Hiring manager collaboration:

Work with department leaders to understand specific hiring needs and to ensure alignment on job requirements.

Candidate sourcing and management:

Develop diverse sourcing strategies, screen candidates, manage the interview process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Metrics and reporting:

Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to measure team performance and drive efficiency improvements.

Compliance and policy:

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and local and federal employment laws.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
