Handle full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions as per business needs
Source and screen candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other job portals
Conduct telephonic and initial HR screening
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Manage offer negotiations and complete onboarding formalities
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports
Ensure timely closures and a positive candidate experience
Requirements and skills:
2-3 years of proven experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong expertise in Naukri Portal & LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn Hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to independently manage multiple hiring pipelines
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies
