Position Overview




As a

Senior Talent Acquisition & People Experience Specialist

, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, shaping our culture, and elevating the employee experience. Beyond hiring, you will lead initiatives across performance management, employer branding, cultural advocacy, and people programs that support the company's growth.
You will partner closely with leadership, mentor the recruitment team, and drive processes that strengthen CustomerLabs' position as a talent-first organization.

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Leadership




Lead the recruitment team and oversee full-cycle hiring for all departments.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize job boards, social platforms, communities, direct outreach, and networking to attract high-quality candidates.
Ensure smooth coordination of interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
Drive negotiations and extend competitive offers aligned with company standards.

Performance Management




Support in designing and executing performance evaluation cycles.
Guide managers on setting OKRs/KPIs aligned with company goals.
Track performance progress and help build development plans for employees.

Employer Branding




Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, social media, events, and community platforms.
Craft campaigns, stories, and content showcasing CustomerLabs' culture, values, and achievements.
Manage partnerships with recruitment agencies, colleges, and community groups.

Culture & Employee Experience




Act as a cultural advocate, strengthening initiatives that promote collaboration, ownership, and learning.
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Plan and host in-house meetups, HR events, and culture-building activities.
Support policy creation, updates, and adoption to ensure a healthy and compliant workplace.

HR Operations




Maintain ATS and ensure excellent candidate experience.
Stay updated on employment laws and HR best practices.
Mentor junior HR/TA team members and support their growth.

Requirements




Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation.
Familiarity with performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs).
Experience in employer branding or people experience initiatives is a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
