About the Role
SymphonyAI is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner / Senior Talent Researcher who operates comfortably across strategy, intelligence, and execution. Youll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring decisions and personally drive deep market research, talent mapping, and pipeline creation for complex global roles.

What You'll Do
Strategic Hiring PartnershipPartner with senior business leaders to understand hiring priorities, capability gaps, and future workforce needs
Facilitate structured intake discussions and help leaders set realistic hiring expectations grounded in market reality
Influence hiring decisions using data, market insight, and talent intelligence--not just gut feel
Talent Research & Market IntelligenceLead deep talent research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence across India, APAC, EMEA, and North America.
Identify where top talent sits, how competitors are structured, and how talent is moving
Deliver insights on availability, compensation benchmarks, diversity outlook, and emerging skill shifts
Track industry trends, org changes, leadership moves, and competitive hiring activity
Execution & Pipeline OwnershipBuild high-quality longlists and pipelines for critical, niche, and leadership roles
Own or co-own end-to-end hiring for select roles across tech, product, design, analytics, and leadership
Use advanced sourcing techniques--Boolean, talent platforms, communities, research databases
Ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience aligned with SymphonyAI's employer brand
Collaboration & EnablementWork closely with TA Partners, HRBPs, Finance, and C&B on leveling, offers, and approvals
Build structured research documentation, dashboards, and reporting frameworks leaders actually use
Support confidential and executive hiring initiatives with discretion and rigor
Mentor recruiters and researchers by raising the bar on search quality, thinking, and execution
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Research, Sourcing, or Market Intelligence--ideally in SaaS, tech, consulting, or high-growth environments
Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence complex hiring decisions
Deep expertise in passive talent research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence
Strong sourcing capability across global markets and senior / niche roles
Data-driven mindset with comfort using ATS, CRM tools, dashboards, and hiring analytics
Structured thinking, strong documentation discipline, and excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, and evolving environments without needing hand-holding
