Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support
Work closely with hiring managers to understand
manpower requirements and role expectations
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, social media, and internal databases
Conduct
telephonic and initial interview rounds
and coordinate further interview stages
Ensure
timely closure of open positions
with quality candidates
Maintain and update
recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases
Support
employer branding initiatives
and recruitment campaigns
Assist in onboarding formalities and ensure smooth candidate joining
Ensure recruitment processes comply with
company policies and labor regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
4-7 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Strong experience in
IT, Accounting, Consulting, or Corporate hiring
(preferred)
Proven ability to handle
multiple positions simultaneously
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?420,000.00 per year
