Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across multiple departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team goals. Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates. Conduct detailed screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage relationships with third-party recruiting agencies and job boards. Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process. Mentor and support junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators, as needed. Promote the employer brand and represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and university recruitment activities.
