We are looking for an experienced

Senior Talent Acquisition

professional to join our team at Envision Next. This key role will focus on developing and executing hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent for various positions across the organization. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, mentor junior recruiters, and play an integral role in enhancing our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition Strategy:


Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles within the organization.

End-to-End Recruitment Process:


Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding.

Sourcing Expertise:


Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, networking, and social media, to build a strong pipeline of potential candidates.

Internal Collaboration:


Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics to identify ideal candidates.

Employer Branding:


Enhance and promote our employer brand to attract top talent and retain high-quality candidates.

Recruitment Metrics:


Track and analyse key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.

Mentorship & Team Leadership:


Mentor junior recruiters, ensuring the smooth functioning of the recruitment team while optimizing processes.

Candidate Experience:


Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Qualifications:



Education:


Bachelor's degree in any field. An MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Skills:


Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a results-oriented approach, leadership abilities, negotiation skills, adaptability and industry awareness, and a solid background in recruitment strategy.

3+ years
