Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for

mid to senior-level positions

Understand hiring requirements and work closely with business stakeholders Source candidates through

job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and social media

Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews efficiently Ensure

candidate availability for interviews

and smooth coordination with hiring managers Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs Handle offer discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely closures Deliver a

positive candidate experience

at every stage
Desired Skills & Requirements

4-8 years of experience in

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Strong communication & interpersonal skills Ability to handle

bulk and niche hiring

Good knowledge of job portals & LinkedIn sourcing Strong follow-up and closing skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Candidate-centric mindset with a professional approach
