to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role involves working closely with leadership to fulfill business hiring needs efficiently and strategically.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referencing, networking, and headhunting to attract top talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidate fit and alignment with organizational culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Represent the organization at recruitment drives, job fairs, referral events, and campus hiring (if applicable).
Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving recruitment processes.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and hiring best practices.
Hands-on experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements with tight deadlines.
Strong networking, headhunting, and market mapping capability.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
