Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, including sourcing,
screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Build and manage strong pipelines of talent for niche skills, especially in VDI
and related technology domains.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and
define role specifications.
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job portals, social media, employee
referrals, headhunting) to identify the right talent.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to attract high-quality
candidates.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and trackers for leadership
visibility.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Accops' presence in the
technology talent market.
Mandatory Skill Set:
Proven recruitment experience in technology hiring, preferably in VDI,
virtualization, and related IT solutions.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and
partner with business leaders.
Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.) and advanced
Boolean search techniques.
Hands-on experience in competitor hiring strategies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills to track recruitment metrics.
Other Required Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions with a sense of urgency and
attention to detail.
Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of handling high-pressure hiring
needs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Engineering or Human Resources.
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3+ years focused
on technical hiring.
Prior experience in hiring from competitor organizations in the
VDI/technology domain will be strongly preferred.
