? Drive recruitment for Technical roles across the organization

? Source, screen, and interview candidates across various functions

? Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

? Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment data

? Ensure a smooth onboarding process

Experience:

? 2-3 years in talent acquisition with proven experience in

Tech/IT hiring
