Key Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement
innovative sourcing strategies
to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.
Enhance
employer branding
and improve the
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
4-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
Candidates currently working in or with prior experience in the education industry are strongly preferred.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
