Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities



1. Sourcing & Talent Identification



Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

2. Screening & Evaluation



Review resumes to assess relevant qualifications and job fit. Conduct detailed telephonic screenings to evaluate skills, experience, cultural fit, and interest . Shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements and role expectations.

3. Interview Coordination



Schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders.

4. Candidate Management



Manage candidate expectations throughout the hiring process. Provide timely updates and maintain a positive, professional candidate experience.

5. Stakeholder Communication



Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines. Share regular hiring updates, trackers, and reports with stakeholders.

6. Offer & Onboarding Support



Support the offer process including documentation, compensation discussions, and joining follow-ups. Coordinate onboarding-related information with HR Operations and relevant teams.

7. Reporting & Compliance



Maintain accurate and updated hiring trackers, reports, and ATS entries. Ensure adherence to internal hiring guidelines and process standards.

8. Operations Support



Assist in minor HR operational tasks related to hiring such as basic documentation, data management, and coordination with HR Ops. Support small process improvements and internal HR coordination as needed.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Qualification:

MBA in HR preferred; BBA in HR or related field also acceptable.

Experience:

2-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, including bulk and lateral hiring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of sourcing strategies and hiring trends. Proficiency in using ATS tools, Excel trackers, and HR reporting. Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple open positions. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
