Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Systems Operations Engineer
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the systems Operations functional area
Contribute to increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Job Expectation:
Troubleshooting technical issues related to outbound and inbound campaigns, including Agent, Telecom, Network, and Dialer components.
Implementing Business Continuity Planning (BCP) procedures for dialing services.
Monitoring the Aspect database and attached DB servers.
Performing trend analysis and taking proactive measures to address frequently occurring issues.
Creating new services for Inbound, Outbound, M3 campaigns, disposition plans, resource groups, and DNIS mappings.
Supporting Genesys implementation and deploying CCAAS applications such as Five9. IVA.
Developing and maintaining tools and processes to automate infrastructure deployment and management.
Designing, implementing, and improving monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
Participating in on-call rotations to respond to incidents and ensure 24/7 service availability.
Conducting post-incident reviews and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
Performing capacity planning to ensure systems can handle projected growth and traffic spikes.
Continuously seeking opportunities to optimize and improve existing systems and processes.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Solid undersetting or Linux/Unix systems and networking
Good hands-on knowledge on any contact center cloud platform
Proficient in one or more programming languages (eg. Python, Java, .Net)
Experience with Cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platform (GCP, Harness)
Familiarity with Configuration management and infrastructure as code tools like Ansible, Terraform
Hands on experience with monitoring and logging tools (eg; Grafana, Sploc, ELK stack)
Ability to Collaborate Effectively with cross functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
Desired Qualification:
Working Experience in Contact center for multiple products like Genesys, IVR, Five9, dialer.
Experience with Continuous integration and deployment pipeline.
Knowledge of DevOps Principles and practices.
Familiarity with security best practices protocols.
Prior experience in an SRE role or similar capacity.
