Responsibilities About this role:
Senior Technical Role providing technical guidance and consultation with developers, clients and IT management for web systems environments. Provides the strategy and design for projects associated with web and e-commerce application installations, upgrades and deployments. Utilizes advanced technologies and methods to integrate web systems with existing systems, enabling the creation of new or expanded web enterprises. Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures. Directs the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets. Senior Resources in team to provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems involving the maintenance and/or creation of web sites and e-commerce applications and their integration into the existing systems environment. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan.

In this role, you will:
String experience in Middleware Administration (Weblogic,Tomcat, Apache, IIS) and Strong working Experience in Application production support of middleware applications
Should be proficient of the Certificate Renewal and SSL layer configuration on the Application and Web servers.
Strong understanding of DNS concepts, F5 loadbalancer,Network layer and various traffic routeaway techniques.
Have strong experience on the Build and Configuration of the middleware servers.
Leading all technical issues related to APP and WEB tier.
Adapt the new technology, environments and standards as per the teams requirements.
Able to work on both Windows and UNIX platforms.
Co-ordinate with program managers & Cross functional teams to understand the scope of the activities and to deliver on fulfillment responsibilities Co-ordinate with third party certification bodies to accomplish various certification activities
Should be able to work in 16X7 model (The shift includes to cover both Saturday and Sunday throughout the project)
Should have worked with the Vendors and understand the engagement model of various product vendors for any ongoing issues.
Should have experience in application support (also be able to provide support on-call)

Shell/Perl/Python Scripting experience is required
Ticketing systems- Candidate should have experience working with problem ticket systems. Ticketing system they use Service Now. Need to have exposure and be able to document their work within the tool to resolve issues
Having good exposure to Devops tools like Udeploy,GitHub,Jenkins, Ansible etc.,
Must have exposure to any of the data analytic and monitoring tools like Splunk, App Dynamics or Nagios

Required Qualifications, US:
8 years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
