The Workday Senior System Analyst will partner with DT and business team to plan, design, deploy, & execute HR solutions focusing on Workday, HR Data, Interfaces, Digital Transformation.
As a Senior Systems Analyst within our HR IT team, you will be working in a dynamic environment that offers opportunities and responsibilities to improve Human Resource performance and establish a culture focused on adding business value. This role will enhance Workday(HRIS) and Interface systems and implement configuration and workflow improvements.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Position Responsibilities:Leads and manages complex HRIS projects including designing, configuration, implementation, and post production support in the areas of Integrations, Core/Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, Security, Reports and Dashboards, and/or Mobile.
Evaluates functionalities of Workday that may not be activated today and recommend solutions that meet business need while fitting into overall HR strategies.
Be up to date with functionality enhancements delivered through Workday updates and provide ongoing recommendations/system solutions to keep Workday business processes simple and efficient.
Lead and communicate system related releases, upgrades and enhancements.
Assist and mentor others with "How To" questions on Workday
Develop customized reports based on the business requirements that you/your team gathered
Analyze the Workday data to ensure integrity and draw conclusions
Drive continuous improvement of Workday HCM, Payroll and Benefits
Collaborate with functional leads to capture and document business requirements
Support Workday training and communication plans to support new Workday functionality
Work collaboratively within the Workday Solution team and with cross-functional teams
Leverage Workday community, resources, and network to stay abreast of enhancements and leading practice
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required:Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in Software Implementation and Business support with 4 years of experience with implementing/supporting Workday platform
Strong Workday configuration experience within core HCM
Required ability to develop and support existing Integration solutions utilizing Workday Studio, Workday core connectors, BIRT and XSLTs.
Sound understanding of Workday delivered connectors and different integration build techniques with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Required Workday experience in Payroll and Benefits required
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
Must work well with a global team.
