Imagine shaping how millions of Tide members discover and engage with business banking platforms and building this on a global scale. What we\'re looking for: Being part of Corporate IT Team, you should have experience in Device Management along with working in a cloud native environment with zero trust networking principles. You\'ll be helping to architect and manage Tide\'s Endpoint Management strategy and administration. Focusing on fast deployment and patching all Tide Devices via MDM tools like JAMF and Intune, You will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers and lifecycle of Endpoint Management. You will also be tasked to design and implement BYOD Policies. This position will focus on technical integrations and administrative tasks as well. As a Cloud Systems Administrator you\'ll be:

  • Administration of Intune and JAMF to manage devices for software deployments, restriction policies, OS Upgrade and patch management.
  • Troubleshooting Issues related to Device (Windows, Linux, Mac) Lifecycle Management and be a SME and Single Point of Contact for 1st line of support (service desk)
  • Creating Scripts for automating repetitive tasks using any scripting language or low-code/no-code platform
  • Managing Licenses and working on Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure, Office 365, Azure AD) to maintain Intune
  • Working on datajar for Application patching using JAMF
  • JAMF Policy & Configuration Profile Creation, Support & Implementation for Mac Imaging.
  • Working to maintain Zero Trust Security Architecture
  • Contributing to other eco-system tools like Okta, DLP and Network Security tools that connects to Intune
  • Responding and solving Cyberthreats, vulnerability and risks along with Cybersecurity Team to protect organization devices from outside cybersecurity threats by use of Intune and JAMF
  • Imparting knowledge to fellow team-members and service desk team
  • Creating documentation, Standard Operating Procedures, and guides for end-user as well as Internal Team
What makes you a great fit:
  • You have at least 5+ years of experience in system administration
  • You have extensive experience in using Intune and JAMF to centrally manage desktops systems for software deployments and patch management.
  • You have worked on Microsoft Cloud Platform (Azure, Office 365, Azure AD)
  • You have advanced knowledge of desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10 and macOS)
  • You advanced PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting experience for imaging and other administration tasks
  • You have a cloud first approach
  • You have knowledgeable in cyber security threats and prevention strategies
  • You have passion for problem-solving and finding solutions to difficult situations
  • You have a knowledge of working in Start-ups and Financial industry is a big plus
  • You have excellent spoken and written English skills.
