We are hiring a highly skilled

Senior System & Network Administrator

to lead end-to-end IT operations, system administration, network management, and cybersecurity for our India office. This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise and the ability to manage IT infrastructure, users, security standards, and vendor relationships while working closely with global IT teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Operations

Lead the local IT team handling helpdesk, infrastructure, and systems. Ensure smooth 24/7 uptime of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Manage IT onboarding/offboarding, access control, and role-based permissions. Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets, licenses, and configurations.

System Administration

Administer on-premise and cloud servers (Windows/Linux). Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and patching. Support and maintain Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments. Ensure system resilience through backups, audits, and capacity planning. Oversee device compliance, software deployment, and policy enforcement.

Network & Firewall Management

Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, firewalls, enterprise Wi-Fi, and VPNs. Configure and monitor enterprise-grade firewalls (Fortigate). Troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve network reliability and redundancy. Oversee network upgrades, segmentation, and secure remote access.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

Implement cybersecurity policies and maintain secure IT infrastructure. Deploy and monitor endpoint protection, MFA, DLP, patching, and MDM solutions. Support internal audits and compliance with ISO 27001. Assist with disaster recovery and business continuity planning. Investigate security incidents and coordinate with global SOC teams.

Vendor & Procurement Management

Manage relationships with IT vendors, ISPs, and service providers. Handle IT procurement, renewals, and license management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with global IT, cloud, and security teams for shared infrastructure. Provide insights for local IT improvements and technology upgrades. Report IT metrics, system health, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, and network management. Strong expertise in: Windows/Linux system administration Active Directory & Group Policy Google Workspace administration Network infrastructure & firewalls Endpoint management and IT support Monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix) Strong understanding of cybersecurity and ISO 27001. Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP. ITIL Foundation certification. Knowledge of endpoint management tools (Intune, Jamf). Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, ELK, etc.).
