Who you are :

• Serve as an SME in IAM, providing expertise in SSO, PAM, Certificate Management, and general authentication/authorization processes.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve tickets and incidents reported by end-users and application owners.
• Assist in the implementation and management of IAM solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest IAM trends, protocols, and standards, including OAuth, SAML, and OIDC.
• Provide support and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding IAM functionalities and processes.
• Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing sessions, and training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Your Role :

• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, particularly in SSO, PAM, and Certificate Management.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization processes.
• Understanding of protocols and standards such as OAuth, SAML, and OIDC is a plus.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience in a similar role or relevant certifications in IAM or cybersecurity are advantageous.
