DMS support Engineer engages with Scan operations staff across sites to, diagnose, detect and fix DMS Systems technical issues restoring IT systems to Steady state operations.Key Areas of ResponsibilityBe responsible for monitoring and troubleshoot of E2E and Webstatus .net applications based on SQL serverWork on incidents, requests and problem ticketsManage production deploymentsManage major incidentsMonitor Jobs and remediate any failuresCommunicate and coordinate issue status effectively with usersSkills RequiredCompetenciesTechnical Skills and Proficiency5 years of relevant experience in Kofax and KTM5 to 7 years of Software experience, with a minimum of 4 years in .Net and SQLBackend: Strong MS SQL 20012/ 2016IDE & Tools: VS 2017/ 2019, GIT/GITLabGood to Have (Optional)
