• Material Dispatch & Coordination: * Coordinate with the Projects Department & Transportation for daily dispatches.
• Work closely with SCM & suppliers (Networth & Pentair) to ensure timely material loading and dispatch.

• Documentation & Compliance:

• Generate E-way bills for material dispatch.
• Prepare and update Delivery Challans (DCs).
• Follow up with the finance team for invoices and debit notes.

• Inventory & Stock Management:

• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in the system.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials.
• Ensure proper storage and timely dispatch of materials.

• Packing & Dispatch Preparation:

• Prepare packing slips for both EI & Non-EI materials.
• Ensure proper packaging and labeling of dispatched materials.

• Compliance & Safety:

• Maintain and update all store-related documents as per company standards.
• Adhere to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines in all processes.

Your success is grounded in:

• Education: Diploma/ Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Experience: 3+ years in storekeeping, logistics, or a similar role.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Experience in material handling, inventory management, and logistics.

• Familiarity with E-way bill generation and documentation.

• Knowledge of storekeeping best practices and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in ERP/software for inventory management is a plus.
