We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled
Senior System Administrator
with
5 to 6 years
of experience to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in system administration, user support, and IT operations within Windows and/or Linux environments. You will work alongside senior administrators to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of systems and services used across the organization.
Key Responsibilities-
IT Strategy & Planning
: Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's business goals, focusing on innovation and digital transformation in the real estate sector.
Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, and data storage solutions to support company operations.
Operational Management
: Lead and manage the IT Projects, ensuring their continuous development and alignment with organizational goals.Devops Knowledge is must.
Networking & Connectivity
: Ensure that all company-wide network systems are up and running efficiently, troubleshooting issues as they arise and planning for future networking needs.
Hardware & Software Management
: Oversee procurement, installation, and maintenance of IT hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and seamless integration with business processes.
Security & Data Protection
: Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect company data, prevent cyber threats, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and data privacy laws.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management:
Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners for IT services, software procurement, and system upgrades.
Tech Support & Troubleshooting
: Oversee the resolution of IT issues across all company departments, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt service delivery. SQL installation and Troubleshooting, IIS, Powershell Scripting.
Budgeting & Resource Management
: Manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for all IT-related projects and initiatives.
Digital Transformation
: Drive digital transformation initiatives by implementing new technologies and tools that improve operational efficiency, property management, and customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (Master's/Certifications a plus).
6+ years of experience in IT management, especially in hardware, networking, and systems integration.
Expertise in networking, data security, and cloud solutions.
Proven leadership and project management experience.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills'
