Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive

Senior System Administrator - IT Hardware

to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and upgrading the company's IT hardware infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of systems and networks critical to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain physical servers, desktops, laptops, network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), and other hardware infrastructure. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware and network issues across the plant. Manage system backups, data recovery processes, and disaster recovery planning. Oversee and support IT hardware procurement, inventory management, and vendor coordination. Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file/print servers, and email systems. Implement and maintain IT security protocols, antivirus, patch management, and endpoint protection. Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure minimal downtime and system reliability. Provide advanced technical support to users, escalating and resolving complex IT hardware issues. Document hardware configurations, policies, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Lead IT infrastructure projects such as hardware upgrades, network expansion, and system migrations. Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, industry standards, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum

6+ years of hands-on experience

in IT infrastructure and hardware management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup. Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, networking (LAN/WAN), and system administration tools.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
