The Majesstine Spots is a premier Indoor Temperature Controlled Swimming Pool, located in HSR Layout, Bangalore.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Senior Swimming Coach
to lead and enhance our swimming program. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and passion for developing swimmers of all levels--from beginners to advanced athletes, for Kids and Adults.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement progressive training plans for various age and skill groups. Supervise and lead a team of junior coaches and support staff. Provide hands-on technical coaching to improve stroke mechanics, endurance, speed, and technique. Monitor swimmers' performance, progress, and motivation through regular assessments. Organize and oversee swim meets. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times in and around the pool. Collaborate with parents, management, and staff for smooth program delivery. Maintain records of attendance, athlete development, and performance metrics. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of coaching experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Certification from a recognized swimming federation (e.g., ASCA, NIS, STA, or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of all swimming strokes and training methodologies. Proven experience in coaching competitive swimmers or running structured training programs. CPR and First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain upon hiring). Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹185,148.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
