Job description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional with 8-15 years of expertise in Pharma and Healthcare Life Cycle Inventory (LCI) data sets, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), and proficiency in SimaPro like software. As a Senior Sustainability and Eco-design Consultant, you will be a key player in service industry, providing expert guidance to clients in Europe and the US to enhance their environmental sustainability efforts within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. One of the key aspects of this role involves LCI data entry and management for LCA, including proxy data identification when necessary.
Important responsibilities in this role will include:

• Lead life cycle inventory data set management and life cycle assessments for pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
• Deliver data and assessments to support Eco-Design concepts
• Utilize SimaPro like software to support generation of accurate and comprehensive LCA reports.
• Oversee accurate data collection and entry for LCI & LCA from various sources.
• Develop and implement strategies for proxy identification when primary data is unavailable.
• Provide training and support to the team in SimaPro & similar tool usage. Incorporate latest SimaPro features into analysis methodologies.
• Work closely with clients to develop tailored sustainability strategies aligned with industry standards.
• Recommend innovative solutions and technologies to enhance sustainability initiatives.

• Bachelor\'s degree in environmental science, Sustainability, Engineering, or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in LCI and LCA work within consultancy, with a focus on pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
• Proven knowledge of EU, US or other geography sustainability frameworks and international standards associated with LCI and LCA
• Proficiency in SimaPro software.
• Strong data management skills with experience in handling complex datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven project management skills, handling multiple client engagements simultaneously.
