Position: Senior Surveyor

Location: Grant Road, Mumbai / As per Project Requirement

Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Qualification: ITI (Survey) / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD (Latest Version)

Industry: Residential & Commercial Building Construction

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys using total stations, GPS, and conventional survey instruments.

Prepare and verify survey reports, levels, and site measurements with high accuracy.

Generate as-built drawings, contour maps, and layout plans using AutoCAD (latest version).

Responsible for setting out centerlines, gridlines, foundation levels, and other key construction references.

Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and Contractors to ensure survey data accuracy.

Carry out quantity measurements, cross-check BOQ quantities, and prepare documentation for billing support.

Maintain records of benchmarks, control points, and site deviations with clear documentation.

Ensure all survey works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

Handle daily/weekly progress reports related to survey activities for internal and client submission.

Key Skills Required:

Expertise in Surveying Instruments (Total Station, Auto Level, GPS).

Strong command of AutoCAD (Latest Version).

Knowledge of survey techniques for both residential and commercial building projects.

Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and coordination.

Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and record-keeping.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

8-10 years of hands-on site experience in surveying for Residential and Commercial Building Projects.

Strong working knowledge of Mumbai construction practices.

Ability to work independently and manage junior site surveyors if required.

Salary:

Salary will be offered as per industry standards and shall be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualification, and current CTC.

For candidates with 8-10 years of relevant experience, the approximate salary range will be between ?4.20 LPA to ?5.40 LPA, subject to evaluation during the interview process.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?42,000.00 per month
