Role Overview:



We are looking for a

Senior Support Engineer

to provide technical and operational support for audit-related tools and applications. The role involves troubleshooting, performance optimization, process improvement, and ensuring operational excellence in tool deployment and support.


Key Responsibilities:




Manage and resolve escalations, tool-related issues, and service tickets. Develop operational frameworks and controls to ensure data and application integrity. Optimize server hosting, application performance, and cost efficiency. Support product and application lifecycle management including testing, deployment, and maintenance. Maintain and update technical documentation and user support materials. Conduct tool demonstrations and training sessions for team members. Analyze tool usage and KPIs to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:




Strong background in audit support, risk management, or technology operations. Experience in application lifecycle management and software testing processes. Understanding of audit workflows and data-driven process improvements. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and Adobe Acrobat. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Passion for technology, process improvement, and operational excellence.
