Supply Chain Management Executive - Semiconductor Industry
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Management Executive supports day-to-day supply chain operations for semiconductor products. This role works closely with planning, procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability, accurate data management, and timely execution of supply chain activities. Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations Support
Assist in monitoring and planning for material availability.
Support production and supply planning activities based on demand forecasts.
Track purchase orders, deliveries, and material movement across the supply chain.
Update and maintain supply chain data in ERP/MRP systems.
Procurement & Supplier Coordination
Support procurement activities such as RFQs, purchase order creation, and follow-ups with suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers to track lead times, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
Assist in evaluating supplier performance metrics (delivery, quality, responsiveness).
Inventory Management
Help monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and reporting.
Assist in managing slow-moving or excess inventory under supervision.
