Qualification:- HSC/Graduate
Experience:- Min 10 Yrs

Supervise day-to-day finishing activities including painting, flooring, tiling, plastering, woodwork, and other interior works.
Monitor the quality of work and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
Prepare and manage work schedules, manpower allocation, and materials requirement.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Inspect completed work and rectify defects or deviations as required.
Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
Report progress, issues, and delays to Project Manager or Site In-Charge.
