Site Name: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower Posted Date: Mar 10 2023 Primary objective of the Study Delivery Associate (SDA) position is to provide operational support to the Study Delivery team enabling the SDLs to focus on the delivery of studies and coordinate stakeholder engagement with internal teams and the external sponsors. Key Responsibilities: Plan and track activity spend, invoices, accruals, resolving invoicing issues with finance and comparing invoices to contracts and outstanding expected payments Support SDLs to review and submit contract requests resolve complex issues support facilitating of contract execution assist with preparing and execution of Confidential disclosure agreements In partnership with SDLs, responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of study related data in applicable GSK systems. Monitor study progress against milestones and identify underlying issues, communicate and propose solutions as appropriate. Support dashboard maintenance and metrics validation Supports ABAC related activities Helps in budgeting processes and contracting process. Drives eTMF process This is an important role in progressing our research portfolio and requires the successful candidate being able to drive delivery of activities. At least 3-4 years experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry coupled with knowledge and understanding of the clinical development processes, detailed and solution oriented, strong communication skills, and experience with systems (eg. MS Office, Ideapoint, ARIBA, Veeva, SAP, Cerps) Required: Detailed knowledge and understanding of GSK R&D, people, structure, decision-making processes, business objectives and strategy. Experience of working in challenging business environments with senior GSK managers and line leadership/executive teams. Integrity in business and personnel confidentiality. A strong sense of initiative, urgency, pragmatism, judgment - an ability to make things happen. Consistent attention to detail, ability to deliver to demanding deadlines whilst maintaining the highest quality. Experience independently managing projects and assignments. Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to simplify complex situations. Strong collaboration, partnership and influencing skills. Good problem solving skills, analytical and critical thinking skills. Self-starter. Strong MS Excel Skills Veeva Vault system experience preferred Power BI reporting or any analytical reporting experience preferred Escalate and address (with appropriate supervision, as required) concerns regarding any finance activities and systems inaccuracies on a timely manner.
