Key Responsibilities



Drive admissions through effective communication, strong persuasion skills, and relationship-building. Manage end-to-end student enrollment, from inquiry handling to admissions closure. Develop and implement strategies to increase student admissions and achieve monthly/annual targets. Represent the institute professionally during student interactions, events, and partner meetings. Lead marketing and promotional activities to enhance institute's visibility and brand presence. Guide prospective students with clarity, confidence, and strong product knowledge. Maintain high standards of communication with a clear, engaging, and energetic voice tone. Generate growth-focused insights to support the management in decision-making and revenue improvement.

Required Skills & Qualities



Strong convincing ability and excellent communication skills. Confident, polished, and presentable personality suitable for front-facing roles. High energy, positive attitude, and professional behavior. Proven track record of achieving sales or admission targets. Marketing efficiency--ability to create demand, handle walk-ins, follow up, and convert leads. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment. Adept at using digital tools, CRM, and other modern enrollment systems.
