We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior

Student Counselor

to guide and support prospective students in choosing the right online degree programs. The ideal candidate will have

3-5 years of experience in student counseling

, preferably from leading education brands or EdTech platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on online undergraduate and postgraduate degree options Assist in program selection based on student profiles, goals, and interests Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms Maintain follow-up communication and ensure a smooth enrollment process Meet counseling and conversion targets

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in student counseling or academic advising Strong understanding of the online education landscape Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Background in reputed EdTech or higher education institutions preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
