Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Overseas Education Counsellor to guide students through the complete study-abroad process. The ideal candidate will have strong country knowledge, excellent counselling skills, and the ability to lead junior counsellors while ensuring high student satisfaction and successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert counselling to students on study abroad options including course selection, universities, countries, and career pathways Handle end-to-end admissions process: profile evaluation, applications, offer follow-ups, and enrolment Guide students on country selection (UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) based on eligibility and goals Maintain accurate student records and application status updates Build strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partners Mentor and support junior counsellors and help achieve team targets 2-6+ years of experience in overseas education counselling Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to handle multiple student cases independently Target-oriented with strong follow-up and closing skills
Preferred Skills

Experience handling Europe, UK, or Italy admissions Team-handling or mentoring experience Strong student conversion and visa success record
