About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Study Abroad Counsellor

to join our Calicut office. The ideal candidate must have a

minimum of 1 year of proven experience in study abroad counselling

and a passion for guiding students in achieving their overseas education goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, admission procedures, and visa processes. Assess student profiles and provide personalized counselling based on academic background and career aspirations. Handle the end-to-end counselling process: inquiry, application, admission, and visa assistance. Stay updated with international universities, admission timelines, scholarships, and visa requirements. Achieve enrolment and conversion targets. Manage and follow up with student leads effectively using CRM software. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and university partners. Support and mentor junior counsellors when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in study abroad counselling (mandatory).

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's preferred). Strong knowledge of popular destinations: UK, Canada, Australia, USA, and Europe. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
