Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on courses, admissions, fees, and career pathways
Clearly communicate course details, benefits, and institutional specialties
Convert walk-in, phone, and online enquiries into confirmed admissions
Build trust-based relationships with students and parents
Follow up on leads and maintain proper counselling records
Meet admission targets while maintaining high service quality
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in student counselling, customer relationship, sales counselling, or a related field insurance or banking
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Professional, empathetic, and student-centric approach
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to close admissions
