Required Skills/Abilities:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience in study abroad counseling or related fields. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and dedicated to student success. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. A passion for helping students achieve their study abroad dreams. Assessing student profile and counselling students on country procedures, course requirements as well as suggesting suitable courses Handling inbound, outbound calls and attending walk-in clients to ensure maximum conversion Staying up to date with universities, courses, entry requirements, scholarships etc. Attending university training and webinars Meeting monthly, quarterly and yearly targets Conducting webinars and small sessions to prospective students for increasing sales Creating reports, analyzing, interpreting and presenting data Working with clients Monitoring customer and client satisfaction Managing customer complaints and resolving their issues
Qualification :

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
