results-driven Senior Student Advisor

with strong

sales expertise, CRM proficiency, and excellent negotiation skills

.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel and convert students through

calls, WhatsApp, email, video, and in-person meetings

. Identify student needs and recommend the

right courses

to achieve both student satisfaction and business targets. Maintain and update

CRM records

with accuracy; track leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

Negotiate effectively

with students and parents to close admissions while building trust. Consistently

achieve and exceed monthly counseling and enrollment targets

. Mentor junior advisors on

sales techniques, CRM usage, and negotiation strategies

. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for students.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2+ years' experience in core sales / inside sales / student counseling.

Strong

CRM knowledge

(lead tracking, reporting, pipeline management). Proven

negotiation skills

and ability to convert inquiries into successful admissions. Fluent in

English

(Malayalam/Hindi is a plus). Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, confident, and

target-driven

with a record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
