Senior Student Advisor

who has a passion for guiding students, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to achieve targets.

Your Responsibilities

Counsel students through calls, WhatsApp, email, video, and in-person meetings. Suggest suitable courses based on student needs and goals. Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle student queries with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Achieve and exceed monthly counseling and enrollment targets. Mentor junior advisors and support the team in achieving overall goals. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2+ years' experience

in student counseling, telesales, or customer service. Fluent in English (Malayalam/Hindi is a plus). Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Proactive, confident, and target-driven. Experience with Excel/CRM and other digital tools.
