Job Description

:
The structural simulation Engineer will conduct advanced structural simulations to ensure the integrity and performance of complex structures.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced structural simulations to analyze and predict the behavior of complex structures under various loading conditions.
• Develop and validate finite element models for structural components and systems.
• Perform detailed analysis of simulation results, identify potential issues, and provide recommendations for design improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing, to ensure the structural integrity and performance of products.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation to communicate analysis results and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural simulation techniques and tools.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in structural simulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in using ANSYS LS-DYNA for structural simulations.
• Strong understanding of finite element analysis (FEA) principles and techniques.
• Experience with material modeling, impact analysis, seismic, drop, vibration and crash simulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or energy storage systems.
• Knowledge of other simulation tools such as Abaqus, HyperMesh, or similar.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python or MATLAB for automation and scripting.
