The Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.

Lead structural design and analysis across bridges, culverts, retaining walls, and related civil structures. Apply advanced knowledge of reinforced and prestressed concrete, steel structures, and composite systems for both new and existing infrastructure. Manage design outputs aligned with Austroads, AS, Eurocodes, and client-specific standards. Coordinate with geotechnical, civil, water, transport, and environmental teams to develop integrated project solutions. Support tender development, feasibility studies, detailed designs, and constructability reviews. Lead quality assurance and technical review processes across design stages. Act as a client interface for technical discussions and project coordination. Contribute to sustainability, safety in design, and innovation across projects. Provide technical mentoring and supervision to junior engineers and drafters.

About You

To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Chartered Engineer status preferred(CPEng with Engineers Australia or eligible). 8-12+ years' experience in structural engineering with a strong emphasis on bridge and transport infrastructure. Proven track record delivering multidisciplinary projects within a consultancy environment. Proficient in design tools such as SpaceGass and Strand7. Familiarity with Australian Standards, Austroads, and MainroadsWA specifications. Knowledge of digital delivery processes (e.g., BIM, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks) preferred. Strong interpersonal, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
