Qualifications:

Master's degree

Chartered Engineer

certification is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage

structural design and analysis

for manufacturing and industrial projects. Oversee

design and construction stages

, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Supervise and mentor a team of

engineers and technicians

. Prepare and present

project proposals

, coordinate resources, and manage budgets. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met. Ensure compliance with

QHSE policies

, safety standards, and company procedures. Support continuous improvement and contribute to the development of company processes.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

structural design, buildability, and construction techniques

. Proficiency in

CAD and 3D design tools
